Days upon days of sitting aimlessly alone in my room, a sudden thought of returning to my regular yoga routine came to mind. I initially stopped my routine because I had lost my drive to move and/or do any kind of physical activity.
So muscles have been stretched but inner peace has yet to be found. Meditating is harder than it looks. I've spent about 20 minutes trying to calm my mind enough to focus on one thing. So if you're having a hard time meditating, don't worry, you're not alone. But it all just takes time and practice, the more it's done and better you'll get!
I have decided to try and post regularly every Monday, Friday, and sometimes during Wednesdays. So yay for regular posts!
