*cue Jingle Bells*
But what book to pick up and sink into?
These are books I have yet to pick up and/or buy. Romance novels get me all excited but when it's a Christmas themed novel, oh boy, the excitement goes waaay over the top!

Why I'm Excited
Santa, Baby sounds like a easy going, hilarious but romantic and sweet read. This kind of chick-lit used to be my forte – it still kind of is, but now it's the kind of books I would read once in a while when I want to go for something simple, silly, witty and hilarious. Santa, Baby, seems like the perfect type of easy going book that one can read while they're while waiting for Christmas dinner to be ready.4. A Highlander for Christmas by Sandy Blair

Synopsis
`Tis the season to be jolly - but Boston antiques dealer Claire MacGregor isn't looking forward to a solo Christmas, or cocoa for one, or trimming the tree by herself. But company's coming. Claire is fooling around with an old puzzle box and when it opens, a gorgeous, studly laird appears. Thumbs down: Sir Cameron MacLeod is centuries old. Thumbs up: he doesn't look it. And Cameron is tall, dark, and lusty-very lusty.
COME AWAY TO MINE
Who is this lovely lass? And where is he? Before awakening in the 21st century in Claire's bedroom, the last thing Sir Cameron MacLeod remembers was readying for war with a rival clan. Despite her strange clothes and odd ways, Claire is bonny and brave. He's about to find out that love is a many-splendored thing indeed...
Why I'm Excited
The title of the book itself got my heart racing with excitement. But, hold on a sec, if you read the summary, let's take a minute to ask ourselves and google the question – what's with Highlanders and time travel? Seriously, what's up with that?
This sounds like the kind of book with hot, steamy you-know-what. I'm curious to see what happens after Sir Cameron MacLeod arrives in the 21st century. Will MacLeod and Claire fall in love and have hot, steamy you-know-what? Will he go back to his own time? Will Claire go with him?

Synopsis
In a captivating novel spiced with holiday magic—perfect for fans of Rachel Gibson, Susan Mallery, and Molly O’Keefe—a rugged Montana man mends a Northeast girl’s jaded heart.
Boston veterinarian Hayley Scampini tends the city’s pampered pets but dreams of the rural life of a country vet. She’s single and determined to stay that way, convinced that love isn’t permanent enough to trust. Then a vacation to the Whisper Creek dude ranch introduces her to Daniel McKee, a sexy single dad who runs the kind of veterinary practice she aspires to—and rattles her conviction to keep men at a distance.
Managing a thriving practice, coping with the loss of his wife, and fighting a custody battle with his in-laws over his twin daughters, Daniel couldn’t be more overwhelmed. Hayley is a godsend, accompanying him in the field and winning over his girls. It doesn’t take Daniel long to realize he’s falling for this woman, hard and fast. So before Hayley returns to Boston, he extracts a promise: that she will return to Whisper Creek for Christmas. It’s the perfect time and place to show Hayley that the promise of a beautiful life together is something she can believe in.
Why I'm Excited
Well, for one it's a cowboy book. Second, the cover just looks like a sweet romantic novel. Sweet romantic novels are the perfect type of books to read during the holidays because that's what everyone really wants for the holidays. Sweet and Romantic. *insert flying hearts here*
Based off the summary, this sounds like the type of realistic, contemporary clean romance novel that has complicated family drama that lifts up when girl and/or guy comes in. And it sounds like the kind that would leave the reader with a smile after those last few words have been read. It's something I look forward to picking up one day when I want to sink into those western accents, fields, flirts, and let's not forget those horses.

Why I'm Excited
Ohhhh this book sounds so good. I read the summary and DIED! – not literally of course, that'll be too much.
This book is unfortunately very short but is a perfect to-go winter romance read. It's sounds kind of like a Cinderella retelling – without the evil sisters and missing shoe. Maid falls in love with a gentleman – is she secretly a lady though? Will Lord Wingave stoop down his rank and marry a maid? What will the society think? Oh so many questions, I must have this book!
P.S. Love the font on this cover.

1. A Wallflower Christmas by Lisa Kleypas
Genre: Historical RomanceSeries: Wallflowers #5
Synopsis
The Wallflowers are four young ladies in London who banded together in their wild and wickedly wonderful searches for true love. Now happily married, they join together once again to help one of the world’s most notorious rogues realize that happiness might be right under the mistletoe.…
It’s Christmastime in London and Rafe Bowman has arrived from America for his arranged meeting with Natalie Blandford, the very proper and beautiful daughter of Lady and Lord Blandford. His chiseled good looks and imposing physique are sure to impress the lady in waiting and, if it weren’t for his shocking American ways and wild reputation, her hand would already be guaranteed. Before the courtship can begin, Rafe realizes he must learn the rules of London society. But when four former Wallflowers try their hand at matchmaking, no one knows what will happen. And winning a bride turns out to be more complicated than Rafe Bowman anticipated, especially for a man accustomed to getting anything he wants. However, Christmas works in the most unexpected ways, changing a cynic to a romantic and inspiring passion in the most timid of hearts.
A Wallflower Christmas takes a trip to Victorian London, under the mistletoe, and on a journey of the heart. With her trademark charm, sensuality, and unforgettable characters, there’s no one like Lisa Kleypas to make you believe in the magic of Christmas.
Why I'm Excited
Now this book I'm super excited to read because it's the last book in my favorite historical romance series; Wallflowers. I've purposely put this book aside until Christmas time, just so I could feel the cold breeze when the book mentions a cold breeze, and all that jazz. I'm super excited to start this little novella, but then that would mean the end to my favorite series...:'(
