Blogmas Day 8
*cue Christmas bells*
So, you've bought your Christmas gifts, and you've wrapped them. But some just looks too plain, and there is that one gift that's shaped like a cylinder and you have absolutely no idea what to do with it. Well, here are a couple of holiday gift wrap ideas to help you out.
For this boxed gift, I gave it that mistletoe feel by adding some fake leaves that was left over from when I made my flower crown, and wrapping it around with light brown string. Now all you need to do is hang it up and push two people under it – Now kiss!!
Now for those cylinder shaped gifts. I used this little trick to wrap it. Instead of just using recycled toilet paper tubes, kitchen roll tubes, or tubes from finished wrapping paper. I got some cardboard-like paper, or some plain wrapping paper and wrapped it around the tube so that it wouldn't looked too recycled – since some tubes have those annoying diagonal lines around it.
Then I tied it around with string, added some fake leaves, and topped it off with red ribbon for that holiday feel. DONE!
What do you all do to spice up your plainly wrapped gifts?
